Mixed Berry Salad Serves 2
- 2 tbs low fat, sugar-free yogurt
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 1 tbs fresh mint, torn into small pieces
- 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 4 strawberries, stemmed & quartered (medium size)
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Whisk yogurt, lime, and mint together in a medium bowl. Add fruit, toss gently, and serve.
